This is an authentic, antique American quilt made circa the 1890s-1920s. This beauty was made in the Traditional Log Cabin quilt pattern. This piece has been masterfully hand quilted and hand sewn which is a labor of love and a dying art. Please note: this beauty has been pre-loved and will show wear appropriate for its age. Overall the quilt is in excellent condition. Please note the gorgeous calico fabric on the back of the quilt(inside of the jacket). We have added deep green fox fur cuffs and collar to elevate this look. All fur is easily detachable. We have used a leather braided button for a closure. In our opinion this jacket is thin, lightweight with an excellent drape.
