Refund policy

At this time we do not accept returns. Lady Lancaster personally washes each and every quilt before the sewing process. We try our hardest to be clean and fastidious about delivering professional products. If we accepted returns this would require us to rewash these beautiful antique textiles before reselling. Protecting and promoting the longevity of these rare quilts is of highest importance to us, which is why we prefer not to unnecessarily overtax these quilts. I hope you understand our rationale and as a result of the above stated policy we work overtime to answer any and all questions you may have before your purchase.
