This is an American antique quilt made circa 1920’s to 1950’s. It is a traditional Touching Star or Stonewall Jackson quilt pattern. The quilt is exceptional for its elevated border, its crisp points, its museum-worthy hand sewing, and meticulous hand quilting. The maker of this quilt was an absolute master! This quilt could be hanging in any quilt museum in the United States. In our opinion, this quilt is very thin, very lightweight, very soft, and has a flattering drape. We have added some photos in this listing showing furs for visual purposes only for our clients who prefer furs. The fur is not included. If you would like this added onto your jacket please reach out after purchase! We have used a wood button for a closure. If you have further questions please feel free to reach out via instagram dm.
