This is a vintage American quilt made circa 1960's-1970's. It is a traditional Grandma's Garden quilt pattern. This piece has been both hand quilted and hand sewn which is a labor of love and a lost art. The maker made this piece in a non traditional way. Instead of backing the quilt(inside of jacket) with a large piece of fabric they perfectly matched the pattern piece per piece. However they did not use the same fabric so you have two completely different Grandma's Garden quilts on either side, a labor intensive feat! In our opinion this piece is soft, thin, and light weight. We used 4 fish buttons as closures for this jacket. If you're looking to make a show-stopping statement, this can be worn as a full set! We were able to make a matching maxi skirt! This is a size S. Please see size guide below and length measurements below. If you have any questions on size or fit please direct message us and we would be happy to help.

Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years old and are perfectly worn. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
