This is an Antique American quilt made circa 1930's-1940's. It is a traditional Wedding Ring quilt pattern. This piece has been beautifully hand quilted and hand sewn, which is a labor of love and a lost art. We love the variety of quintessential 1930's floral fabrics used in this piece. The quilt is backed(inside of jacket) in a cotton muslin fabric. This piece is easy to wear and style and if you're looking for a full set we were able to make a matching Aunt Ethel jacket. Please note: there are a few very minor and small age spots throughout. We designed this skirt to fit many different sizes. It has adjustable buttons at the waistline. For this specific piece we used hand painted ceramic buttons as closures. It is a strait cut and very flattering.
