This is an American antique quilt made circa 1900’s to 1930’s. It is a traditional Six Point Star quilt pattern. This is a crazy or scrappy quilt. It contains cottons, velvets, polys, and wool fabrics. The quilt is lined with a beautiful turquoise cotton fabric. If you have any sensitivity to wool fabrics please do not purchase. In our opinion this quilt is lightweight, medium thickness, and has medium loft (puffiness). This jacket is very comfortable to wear. The quilt is hand sewn and hand quilted. The maker used pink thread to quilt this piece which adds contrasting charm against the quilt colors. If you are looking for a jacket to add a detachable fur to, this is a great option for you. Please reach out and we can show you fur options. We have used carved wooden buttons as closures. If you have any questions please direct message us and we are happy to bore you with many more details.
