This quilt is a combination of a baseball chenille bedspread from the midcentury and novelty baseball fabric. The chenille was most likely beloved by a little boy and we love giving this textile a second life! For closures we used black and white checkered mother of pearl buttons. In our opinion, the jacket is really soft, super thin, lightweight, has very little to no loft (puffiness), and has a beautiful and great drape. This piece is super comfy to wear. Please note, there are a few zig zag mends that disappear into the fabric.
