This is an antique American quilt made circa 1920s to 1930s. It is a variation of the traditional Diamonds Galore quilt pattern. The quilt has been beautifully hand pieced, hand embroidered, and hand tied. This piece is considered a scrappy quilt due to the fabrics used. We love the contrasting floral fabric on the inside of the jacket which can best be appreciated when the sleeves are rolled. For closures we used faux leather buttons. Please note, there are a few zig zag mends throughout. In our opinion, the jacket is thin, light weight, has little loft, and a nice drape. This is a size MEDIUM, please read size measurements below. This piece fits a range of sizes depending on how you like to style your jackets. If you have any questions please direct message us and we are happy to bore you with many more details.

Please note that most of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabrics reflect this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years old and are perfectly worn. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
