This is an American antique quilt top made circa 1920s to 1930s. It is a traditional scrappy or crazy quilt. The top is overflowing with dense embroidery stitches. It contains many wool cotton and felt fabrics. To complete the quilt we backed the top with a coordinating cotton fabric. In our opinion, the jacket is thin, has a little weight due to the wool, has a great drape, and is very comfortable to wear. We used black and gold glass rosette buttons as closures. This jacket would be a great candidate for fur. If you would like to add a fur, please reach out after purchasing! Please note, there are a few zig zag mends that blend into the quilt.
