This is a vintage American quilt made circa 1970's. It is a traditional Cathedral Window Quilt pattern. The Cathedral Window quilts are made using a completely different technique than a quilt block, they are very labor intensive. This specific quilt has museum- worthy, meticulous hand stitches and it is beautifully constructed. The quilt is thin and light weight. We have added 6 fabric covered vintage buttons from the same era the quilt was made. This is a size small.
