This is jacket is a combination of two American Antique quilts made in the 1930's. The body of this jacket is made with a beautiful Floral applique quilt. It is filled with hand applique, hand embroidery stitches and dense museum quality hand quilting. The jacket is a technical dream, it was made by a master maker. We have included white buttons as closures down the front. The inside of the jacket is a pale pink and can best be appreciated when the sleeves are cuff. This jacket is a great diversion from the typical denim jacket. This jacket is thin, light weight, with little to no loft or batting. This is a size medium. Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years old and are perfectly worn. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
