The Helen

This is a very rare white crazy quilt. It is extremely rare to find a crazy quilt that is two colors. For extra flare, our sweet friend Melissa hand embroidered cheerful and western motifs using rainbow colored thread. Please see photos of some of our favorite hand embroidered motifs. This is a very light weight piece with a great drape. Technically it is a quilt top and we did not back it because it would have become too thick and bulky. It looks great with everything in your wardrobe. You can style it Heritage or take it more Street wear vibe, just add a cowgirl hat or trucker hat. Please note that most of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabrics reflect this. Some fabrics can be older than 100 years and we believe that makes them perfectly imperfect. This is what makes them a one-of-a-kind piece of art. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend spot cleaning if necessary.
