This is an authentic, antique American quilt made circa the 1930s-1950s. This beauty is a poppy applique quilt. This piece is exceptional for its beautiful hand quilting, meticulous hand sewing, and its hand embroidery including French knots. In our opinion, this quilt is thin, light to medium weight, and soft, with a little loft (puffiness).
