This is an Antique American quilt made circa 1900-1920s. It is a traditional Tumbling Block Quilt Pattern. When you look at this quilt, do you see blocks or stars? The quilt has been quilted by hand. It is lined with a faded blue cotton that reads lavender. In our opinion the quilt is soft, light weight, with medium thickness (loft). We attached a distressed Levi trucker jacket for sleeves and collar. Please see photos for details. We used extra large mid-century buttons as closures. Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years old and are perfectly worn. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
