This is an American antique quilt made circa 1930s to 1940s. It is a traditional Winding Trail Quilt Pattern. The quilt is beautifully hand quilted and hand sewn. We love the contrasting pink backing fabric found on the inside of the jacket. In our opinion, it is thin, soft, very lightweight with a little loft(puffiness), and has a beautiful drape. We have used vintage mid century buttons as closures. This jacket has age marks throughout, they are very subtle and we have tried our hardest to photograph them. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
