This is an authentic, antique American quilt made circa the 1930s-1950s. It is the traditional Star Rays, Diamond String, or New Hampshire quilt pattern. It is both hand-quilted and hand-sewn. This piece is exceptional for its very rare and highly technical quilt pattern and the fact that the maker split the colors in half. Half the quilt is chocolate brown and the other half is navy. We have added antique wooden buttons from the same era the quilt was made as closures. The fur is genuine long-haired fox fur which is very luxe. The fur is completely detachable which makes this jacket wearable in all four seasons. In our opinion, this is thin, lightweight with a very flattering drape. This jacket moves well and is an absolute show-stopper.
Please note: there is some mild color bleeding from the brown fabric. It was very hard to pick this up in our photos. If you want more details about this please direct message us and we will try our hardest to send detailed videos.
