This is a vintage American quilt made circa 1960's-1970's. It is a traditional Grandma's Garden quilt pattern. This piece has been both hand quilted and hand sewn which is a labor of love and a lost art. The maker made this piece in a non traditional way. Instead of backing the quilt(inside of jacket) with a large piece of fabric they perfectly matched the pattern piece per piece. However they did not use the same fabric so you have two completely different Grandma's Garden quilts on either side, a labor intensive feat! In our opinion this piece is soft, thin, and light weight. We used cloth flower buttons as closures for this jacket. If you're looking to make a show-stopping statement, this can be worn as a full set! We were able to make a matching Slim Shortie jacket! Dress this skirt up for dinner and cocktails or style with your favorite rocker tee and trainers. We designed this skirt to fit many different sizes. It has adjustable buttons at the waistline. It is a strait cut and very flattering. It is a wrap skirt style, please see video at the end of this listing for more details. This skirt best fits a US size 2 to size 10. Please DM us with questions and we will be happy to help. If you have further questions please direct message us and we are happy to send you a video.

Please note that all of our quilts are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years old and are perfectly worn. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
