This is an American antique skirt made circa 1930's-1940's. It is a traditional Grandma's Garden quilt pattern. This piece has been hand quilted and hand sewn, which is a labor of love and a lost art. The maker backed this piece(inside of skirt) with a bright green fabric. This is wearable Folk Art and is for precotious fashionistas and thoughtful collectors. Dress this skirt up for dinner and cocktails or style with your favorite rocker tee and trainers. We designed this skirt to fit many different sizes. It has adjustable buttons at the waistline. It is a strait cut and very flattering.
