This is an American vintage quilt made circa 1980's. It is a traditional Snails Trail quilt pattern. This piece is hand quilted, which is a labor of love and a lost art. Wearing this jacket is like wearing a gentle hug. It is light weight, cloud-like and very cozy. The maker backed this quilt in a brown and floral fabric, you will want to cuff your sleeves to show off this print! The Blankie style is our most oversized one size fits most jacket. If you are tiny or petite please understand this is a very large oversized jacket. Lady Lancaster, who is modeling this jacket is a US size 0-4 and 5'4" in height for perspective. This piece legitimately fits a US size 0-16 comfortably. Lady Lancaster designed this style to be a literal Blankie with arms. Perfect layering piece for after the beach or pool or a pre ski and campfire.
