This is a FUTURE HEIRLOOM and a Lady Lancaster original! Truly one of a kind! Our good friend Zoe Dawn helped this creation come to life by cutting and sewing the Lone Star and finishing the quilt on her long arm sewing machine. Lady Lancaster paired contrasting polka dots and stripes to form this dynamic Lone Star. As if the outside wasn't enough the quilt is backed(inside of jacket) with Alexander Henry Queens fabric. These ladies need to be shown off by cuffing the sleeves or wearing the jacket inside out. This is a piece like no other and is truly wearable art! In our opinion the quilt is thin, light weight, very soft, and has a good drape. If you have further questions, please direct message us and we are happy to send you a video.
This is a future heirloom! Lady Lancaster combined a mid century modern quilt kit and playful Liberty of London animal print fabric to complete the top. It is a traditional Lone Star quilt pattern. To complete the quilt we added a beautiful pink gingham fabric. We encourage you to cuff the sleeves or wear this jacket upside down to show this fabric off. This piece was not hand quilted, it has been quilted with a long arm sewing machine. This is a truly one of a kind piece of wearable art. In our opinion the quilt is thin, light weight, very soft, and has an excellent drape. Please note you can see a few blue marks from the original quilt kit. We have added a photo as an example of this at the end of the listing. If you have further questions, please direct message us and we are happy to send you a video.

Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years and we believe that makes them perfectly imperfect. This is what makes them a one-of-a-kind piece of art. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend spot cleaning if necessary.
