This is an antique American quilt made circa 1880s to 1920s. It is a traditional Postage Stamp quilt pattern. The quilt has been beautifully hand quilted and hand sewed. It is overflowing with beautiful and rare turn of the century fabrics. This is what we consider to be a summer weight quilt meaning it was made for aesthetics and not warmth and has no loft. In our opinion, the quilt is thin, lightweight, and has a beautiful drape. The quilt is in excellent condition and is very rare and highly collectible.
