This is a vintage American quilt made circa 1980s to 1990s. It is a traditional Lone Star quilt pattern with extra satellite stars. The piece was hand sewn and hand quilted, a true labor of love and a lost art. The maker backed the quilt(inside of jacket) with a cotton muslin fabric. In our opinion, the jacket has medium loft(puffiness), is very light weight, and has a good drape. Since it is a newer quilt it does not need to be handled with kid gloves but still gives the vibes of an antique piece! Overall, the quilt is in great condition.
