This is a vintage cheater embroidery textile. It is reminiscent of traditional sample embroidery kit. To make this piece into a quilt we backed it with turn of the century reproduction fabric. You will want to cuff the sleeves to show this fabric off! In our opinion, the jacket is thin, lightweight with little to no loft, and has an excellent drape. This piece is very sturdy and is a real joy to style! We used black glass buttons from the 1930s as closures. This is a size S. Please see size guide and length measurements below. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
