This vest is a traffic stopper! It was made from a quilt that is a combination of patterned velvet neon fabric and neon pink ice cream cone fabric. It was quilted on a longarm, if you look closely you will see quilted stars! In our opinion, the jacket is thin, super soft, and lightweight. For the precocious stylist this piece can be worn inside out. We love the exaggerated funnel neck for those incognito days. Lady Lancaster loves to wear these with a favorite hat and sunglasses.
