This is a vintage American quilt made circa 1970s to 1980s. It is a Blue and White Sunbonnet Sue and Overall Sam patchwork appliqué quilt. It is hand quilted. We love the contrasting blue calico fabric on the inside of the jacket, you will want to cuff the sleeves to show this off! This color way and this quilt is extremely rare. It is very comfortable to wear! In our opinion, the quilt is thin, lightweight, very soft, has a flattering drape ,and has medium loft (puffiness). It is the epitome of whimsy. We used a hand painted ceramic button for the closure. Please note: There are a few very very faint and subtle age marks that were difficult to capture in photographs. There are a few very small zig zag mends. If you have further questions please direct message us and we are happy to send you a video.
