This is an antique American quilt made circa 1890s to 1920s. It is a traditional Lone Star quilt pattern. The quilt has been hand sewn and hand knotted. The quilt is overflowing with very rare fabrics. We love the contrasting floral backing fabric(inside of jacket). You will want to cuff the sleeves to show this off. In our opinion, the jacket is super thin, super soft, lightweight with no batting or loft (puffiness), and very drapey. If you live in a hot climate but want a long jacket this is a great option for you! This quilt does need to be handled with some care as the fabrics are all from the turn of the century. Overall, it is in good condition. For the closures we used a faux silver and turquoise button. Please reach out via dms if you would like more info or videos.
