This is a vintage, American quilt made circa 1960s-1970s. It is the traditional Broken Star quilt pattern. It is important to note that the quilting in this piece is near perfect. We believe the white fabric is a poly cotton blend. The quilt is in excellent condition. In our opinion, this piece is thin, light weight, very soft with a little loft (puffiness). We have added a genuine fox fur in midnight blue that is so dark that it reads black. This fur is completely detachable. For your convenience we have added photos at the end of the listing of the jacket without the fur.

Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years old and are perfectly worn. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
