This is an American, antique quilt made circa 1930's-1950's. This quilt features the traditional Bow Tie quilt pattern. This piece is extraordinary because it is both beautifully hand quilted and hand sewn. This is an absolute labor of love and a lost art. We have added mismatched antique buttons as closures to this duster. We have also added a repurposed blue fur collar from a vintage jacket. The collar is completely detachable, making it relevant for multiple seasons and more fun to style. We consider this quilt to be very thin, very light weight, very soft, with a gorgeous drape. BECAUSE WE SHOT THIS JACKET WITH THREE DIFFERENT PHOTOGRAPHERS THE COLOR VARIES SLIGHTLY IN EACH. WE SUGGEST THAT THE PHOTO SHOOT WITH THE WHITE BACKGROUND IS THE MOST ACCURATE COLOR. THE BOW TIES ARE LIGHT PINK AND ALMOND COLOR.
- This jacket best fits a size 0-8 depending on styling preferences and bust size. We consider this to be a size small. Please reference measurements before purchasing for a specific fit.

- This piece is lightweight but of medium thickness. It has loft to it but it is not heavy at all.

Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years old and are perfectly worn. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
