This is an Antique American quilt made circa 1950's-1960's. This is a traditional Lone Star quilt pattern. The piece is exceptional for its elevated four stripe border, its museum-worthy hand quilting, and for its crisp points. The colorway of this quilt reminds us of sunsrises and sunsets in the Sonoran desert, and we love it! We have used beautiful wood buttons as closures. In our opinion the piece is very soft, very thin, and very lightweight. This piece is a dream to wear and flattering on the body. This is a Lady Lancaster 10/10. There is slight sun bleaching and a few small age marks that we could not capture in our photos. If you have further questions please direct message us and we are happy to send you a video.
