This is an Antique American quilt made circa 1930's, however, it uses fabrics from the turn of the century as well. It is a Log Cabin quilt pattern specifically the Squares and Oblongs variation. This piece has been meticulously hand sewn and beautifully hand quilted. We love the burgundy floral backing fabric (inside of quilt). This can best be appreciated when the cuffs are rolled and the jacket is unbuttoned. We added leather buttons as closures down the front. In our opinion this quilt has the perfect weight and drape and the cotton used in this quilt is very luxe and soft. In our opinion the quilt is in excellent condition, buttery soft, very thin, very light weight and flattering. We did find one area of discoloration and have added an iphone photo at the end of the listing for your convenience. If you have further questions please direct message us and we are happy to send you a video.
