This is a Vintage, American quilt made circa 1960's-1980's. It is a traditional Log Cabin quilt pattern. This piece is loaded with primary color and fun, fun fabrics. We typically only use vintage quilts for our Blankie jacket style because the Blankie takes up so much fabric. The vintage quilts seem to drape and be light weight enough for this oversize style. This quilt contains some Poly-Cotton fabrics. Not all fabrics in this quilt are 100% cotton. This quilt is hand quilted. It is thin, soft, with an awesome drape. This is a very comfortable wear. Blankies are made specifically for comfort and this piece is no different.

Please note that all of our jackets are made from antique quilts and the fabric reflects this. Our fabrics are sometimes older than 100 years old and are perfectly worn. We believe this is what makes them special and is part of their charm. All of our garments are pre-washed in a special restoration quilt wash. We recommend only spot cleaning if necessary.
