This piece is made with the finest cotton from Liberty of London. We used two of our favorite fabrics in this dress. It is extremely comfortable, it moves beautifully and in our opinion is the definition of class. The bust area is smocked. The ties are adjustable and have gold bells sewn onto the ends.
