This is an Amish, antique quilt, we do not know the date this piece was made. It was made by Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Amish. It is definitely an antique we just don't know the decade. This quilt features a traditional Tumbling Block quilt pattern. This piece is beautifully hand quilted. The fabrics in this quilt are not 100% cotton as the Amish are not allowed to use 100% cotton fabric. This piece is extremely special, as it is becoming harder and harder to find authentic Amish quilts affordably. Despite the fabrics having a poly blend they are beautiful and stunning and it is rare to find a quilt with these shades. We have added a genuine fur collar that is completely detachable. The fur collar was repurposed from a vintage jacket. The closures are black antique glass buttons. This is a thin and very light weight quilt with a little loft.
