Instead of backing the quilt(inside of jacket) with a large piece of fabric they perfectly matched the pattern piece per piece. However they did not use the same fabric so you have two completely different Grandma's Garden quilts on either side, a labor intensive feat! In our opinion this piece is soft, thin, and light weight. We used 4 fish buttons as closures for this jacket. If you're looking to make a show-stopping statement, this can be worn as a full set!
